Hi,

I need some help for F@H.
I download ed the software but nothing happened to me: i have no windows opening so i can't follow the steps (the print screens infos)

I select install, the file is processing then is closing and that it.
I just had once a black widow poping up with codes.
I spent a long time looking for a solution on my own but i can't.
