Andrea Rossi is in the news again. This time with the "e-cat" device, which he claims is producing excess energy through cold fusion. He claims to have sold 3 such units. The buyers remain anonymous (troubling sign). If they are legitimate buyers, then we will know soon enough whether there is a real fusion reaction going on. The market will quickly decide whether this is a fraud (or just a mistake/fluke) or not.

P.S., I apologize for dredging up an old thread with comments from the irascible Chip (pro murder).

This is great news. I have an interest in nuclear stuff so I am going to read and watch later everything that has been posted ;)
