After researching various nootropic substances for a while I came across this:
http://www.smartnutr...ategory_Code=BP
and noticed it contained decent amounts of a lot of the nootropics I have been looking at.

Has anyone ever tried this pay attention stuff?
Is this a good combo?
It seems like an amazing bargain, seeing as how expensive it would be to buy all these separately.

Hey! I actually registered to reply to this topic, because I ordered both "Get Smart" and "Pay Attention!" three months ago, and have been taking them both to help with my 18 hour semester and other personal projects. I've been really happy with the results, and unhappily just ran out of get smart last week. Pay Attention is a great short-term focus enhancer, and if you're not one who uses stimulants (caffeine, amphetamine, etc) you'll feel a distinct "perk" to your focus.

I actually gave my mom a few Pay Attention caplets last week. She takes aderal, but has high blood pressure, so can't safely take aderal anymore. I offered her some of these as an alternative. Well, my mom's a bit scatterbrained, and called me yesterday asking if it was safe to take two caplets at the same time, because she "kept feeling hungry." I inquired why being hungry was a problem, and she asked, "well aren't they supposed to supress apetite?" She'd gotten confused because right after I left, her mom had come over and talked about some apetite supressant she was using.

Laughing, I re-explained what I'd left her and why, and before I could finish she said, "OH! WOW! This makes sense now."

I asked her what made sense, and she said, "Well I took one with breakfast, and now I've been in my office for the last three hours reorganizing my files. I was looking for something and couldn't find it, and just kind of ended up re-cataloguing everything. I'm sitting on the floor and covered in dividers."

So yeah, the shit works.

Okay awesome.
This is good to know.
But I'm concerned with negative long term effects with chemicals like Huperzine A and Vinpocetine.
http://www.imminst.o...mp;hl=huperzine
I'm not sure if you can take these everyday safely.

Unless you have alzheimer's diseases it's proabby not a good idea to take huperzine a, especially on a daily basis.

I also had been looking for a nootropic for my mom. She was incredibly unorganized, and I thought Pay attention would be perfect for her.

When I first gave her pay attention she began organizing her office which has always been a mess. God it was such an improvement. But pretty soon she realized her system of organization was not organized enough. This began as a positive thing as well. Her organizational strategies were very inconsistent, and for the most part she just like straightened out piles of clutter and made the edges of things kind of match up. It didn't take long though before she realized that the organizing of her organizing was not sufficiently organized. So like before she set her self to reorganizing, and like before came to be unsatisfied with the organization of this reorganizing.

This cycle carried on for quite some time until she realized that she had reached some fundamental unalterable organizing capacity. She decided that this capacity must be built into the structure of the mind, and must also be the ultimate source all human organization. As one would expect, driven by pay attention to transcend the false organization of appearances and of space and time, she extracted several tools from the knife drawer, and rearranged one final time.

Man this shit works.

In my testimonial Pay attention makes my mother cut her head open and operate... isn't it obvious that I wasn't serious?

Interesting. I'm often reminded of what a friend of mine once said when I told him I was trying out cognitive enhancers, that the people who are most likely to take them are the least likely to need them, because to just understand what you're taking and how it affects your brain, you already have to be pretty fucking smart.

I'm wondering if I can email the person/company that makes the Smart Nutrition products and ask them to do a series without huperzine A. I really liked not having to order ten different supplements online to get what I was looking for (because that's what American's like. That and monster truck rallies).

I think they mean my post, because I'm a noob and my first post on these forums was a positive report about a product.

I wish I got paid to do viral marketing for products, I could just spend my whole day on the internet going on forums and making shit up. It would be a good creative writing exercise.
