We all want life-extension to help us keep what we have, but what about going beyond that?

What about a re-engineered genome, for a body that has been re-engineered from the ground up, to suit our modern needs and aspiratons?

I don't want to work out, I want a genome that will automatically maintain a high level of muscle tone and mass, so that I don't have to waste my time and effort on these things.
I want lots of Type-II fast-twitch muscle fibers, and an efficiently wired peripheral nervous system for fast reflexes.
I want low body fat percentage.
I want an idealized athletic build, with attractive proportions.
I want great hair, and self-repairing teeth.
I want eagle-sharp vision and hearing.
I want a strong immune system and an efficient metabolism that will filter out the harmful chemical substances.
I want highly-optimized brain chemisty, for high IQ, EQ, and a photographic memory.

Biomechanics can derive the measurements for an ideal athletic build.
Fractal geometry can derive ideal measurements for attractiveness (eg. facial, etc)
Computational biology can derive an efficient network of biochemical pathways.
Genetic cataloguing can discover which genes give eagle eyes and hearing (why derive everything from scratch, when you can simply rip off Mother Nature's prior art?)

Can anyone think of anything else to add to the wishlist?
