As far as I can tell, the book is a good mix of pros and cons. Of course, Im all pro, but cons can be good for bringing peoples thinking in to the cause more, and good constructive criticism is always good too, helps you stay sharp and hone in.

Good day everyone,
I hope that this finds you all well. I have Dugg 73,72,71,70,69,68,66,65,60,59,58. Please note that 67,64,63,62,61 do not appear to be working. Some of these are for last month as my scheduled time for them was interrupted this weekend. I hope that this doesn't affect my membership
I am currently living in Viña del Mar, Chile. Saturday`s 8.8 (about 7-8 by us) earthquake severely shook us around and left us without power for 2 days. And now no internet access except at work. The aftershocks still continue strongly and we have to be constantly vigilant in case we have to leave the apartment in a hurry. Catnapping at night, evac bag ready at the door.
Nonetheless, we persevere and business goes on. We are extremely fortunate to not be living further South, the city of Concepcion has been severely pounded, as have others.
It`s times like these that inspire us for this cause- lifespan expansion and all the medical advances that go with it. I for one refuse to accept that life can end after a few brief years, and absolutely won`t accept that this frail biological machine can breakdown beyond repair. Earthquakes, tsunamis and other natural disasters be dammed!
Regards,
Lee Robinson Petzer
Concon, Viña del Mar, Chile
Thanks a lot for all your contributions Lee!

If we are to believe transhumanists, people who bill themselves as champions of superlongevity and artificial human enhancement, 2045 should be a very good year.

She needs to get together with Aubrey de Grey and help him figure out how to allow me to live to 2000+!
Great talk, its amazing to stand in front of something so old. You invariably start to imagine all the human history that went on around the being in your midst.

- Congratulations Alpha. Project Zeta was a success! The mind-machine interface worked!
- Who are you? What am I?
- Calm Down! Please try to remember, you have been digitized and uploaded. Your body is no more, or at least your brain isn't. The digitizing process is one way only.
- What digitizing process?

Marine Isaias Hernandez lost 70 % of his right thigh muscles when an enemy mortar exploded. With such severe muscle damage Hernandez would ordinarily have had his leg amputated. But a re-think in the way soldiers are treated led to the wounded warrior being injected with a growth promoting substance extracted from pig bladders. The revolutionary treatment gives hope to the hundreds of maimed veterans returning from conflicts with severe limb trauma. Save connectoms of your nearest and dearest by means of cryonics, because one day scientists will re-grow brainless bodies for brain *and therefore*
