hey you all,

my body hair has been growing like crazy for a year or two now, and it's worrying me, I dont wanna end up like Chewbacca.

Here's what I take on a quite regular basis:

- piracetam
- choline
- modafinil
- ortho core
- l-theanine
- vitamin c

Now and then:

- tmg
- l-glutalmine
- arginine
- silymarin
- b-complex

I'm suspecting the choline, as I may have read that it promotes HGH...

anyone could help ?

Sorry man, that's a pretty tame supplement stack, none of those should appreciably affect hormone levels. You probably have high endogenous DHT production (as do I, hair is starting to show up on my shoulders and upper back, grrrr). Might want to look into saw palmetto or some other 5-alpha reductase inhibitor if you're really concerned, but this might tank cognition, mood, and libido if overdone, if finasteride is any indicator.

edit: growth hormone in the kind of quantities released by choline supplementation will have a negligible effect on someone your age (I'm assuming you're early to mid twenties), and I'm not sure GH even has anything to do with hair growth.
