well, i suppose if nobody is going to say anything i'll just shoot from the hip and throw out an arbitrary suggestion of...... 10mg. only 2mg if we're using plain old pyrioxine HCL.

oh, and someone asked about it before: pyridoxine-alpha-ketoglutarate (PAK) is synonymous with p5p.

Where did you hear that? I was under the impression it was similar to HCL.

Anyway, I'm gonna say 10mg p5p, 1mg HCL. It's sort of an arbitrary thing, but my understanding is they work in different ways, so might as well throw them both in. Sure, not the most expert opinion, but we need to jump start this topic's heart or this is going to go at a snail's pace without significant progress.

Yes. p-5-p, at 50-100 mg per day.
