I really enjoy this documentary, Have watched it several times and shown other people...

I was really amazed and angered by William Hurlbut's response that death was necessary and a good natural thing, and that we should let others ahead of us have their 4 score set of years. Well Mr. Hurlbut, why can't we do both?

I mean the guy is a professor and a physician. That seems really unethical to me to have a physician say such things! He must really trust in a God and heaven and I'm sure he's doing it for political reasons as well.

The content of the documentary is tremendous and my dad is going to show it to the members of our local Unitarian Universalist Church in Marblehead, Mass., where he lives. I hate the deathist mentality and want to crush it sooo bad. It largely stems from religious thinking and ideologies and is, I'm sure, preventing progress from accelerating as fast as it could.
