Hello everyone, I'm in the precess of restoring my vision and my question is would it be helpful to do 1 hour eye exercises every day whereas doing 10 minutes a day to improve your vision at a faster rate? Because I need to get rid of my glasses soon because they are getting in the way so I have yet to find out if hourly exercises per day will have a benefit. I know that doing 3-5 minutes a day will have an impact in a couple of months but I'm just imagining what an hour a day will equate to, I will probably have REALLY improved vision by next week! What do you guys think, I need your input.

Hum, is that really possible ? Sounds a little bit farfetched to me. But I'm not familair with the topic at all, so maybe that is just my prejudices for "to good to be true" things

It really is possible, I just finished doing 30 minutes of them which sounds like a fair amount to do daily.

I don't think more is always better. Are you talking about 1 hour spaced throughout the whole day or 1 hour all at once?

I recommend Googling it.
I used the Bates method a few years ago and after only a month or so I was able to get rid of my glasses. Albeit, my vision was never very bad to begin with so I don't know of the efficacy of this method with more severe vision problems.

I guess it would depend on whats wrong with the vision in the first place as to whether exercise would help it or not. What is the problem at the moment? Lazy eye?, astigmatism?

I meant doing all of them at once, but I never thought of spacing them temperately throughout the day, do you think that that would be better than all at once? I actually did 30 minutes instead of an hour all at once, I'm just curious to see where my vision will be a week from now so I can calculate progress thereafter, my ultimate goal is not only to get 20/20 vision but to get 20/10 vision. Right now I'm just beginning and I am not even sure if 30 minutes a day is good. Do you guys recommend doing it all at once or separating it throughout the day and if so why would this way be better? Thanks!
