Have you ever read one of these 10 year predictions where they admit: "Yeah, things probably won't be that much different. We'll just all be fatter, dumber, and uglier, but have faster computers running more worthless and less efficient software."

No seriously, I think there will be a lot of progress in the area of genetics and health. That's what I am most optimistic about...maybe that explains why I am here...

my biggest hope for 2020 is that we all have faster, larger internet connections so that we are able to more quickly download higher resolution porn.

Forbes is one of the better publications out there.

Some of those predictions are straight from the Anarcho-Capitalist play-book: rapid access to product data, personal reputation tracking, etc.

Forbes is one of the better publications out there.

If you like right wing socioeconomic drivel. I like it for the investment coverage though. That part is pretty good.
