Well, the experiment was a success, or failure, depending on how you look at it. I was hoping that the little purple folder icon would stay dimmed out unless someone added text, as opposed to only voting. Turns out that it has the exact same information content as the little yellow box that claims there's something new in the thread. Kinda braindamaged, but I didn't write the code, I just bitch about it.
We're running 60:40 for blowing up the world at this point, so I guess I should collect more data.
