I've heard that Phenibut is much better and stronger then Aniracetam and Picamilone.

Are they all good for anxiety and depression?

Is Phenibut addictive? I mean I've heard that it should not be taking every single day or too many times a day. So why should I even bother to take it if it's not that safe?

IM taking Picamilone and It's not that strong , 300 MG a day.

Thanks . [wis]

Phenibut is addictive, not an ideal substance to take daily.

Why don't you try a higher dose of L-Theanine with your stack, that may help your anxiety subside and you can take that daily.

Hey Cosmo, I read on the net that I can take up too 1200MG's of L-Theanine through out the day. I just took 400 mg's at once and I feel so relax it's not even funny. tell me what u think or know.

Thanks
Hey nootropi
you can always replace Phenibut with something else if you're not happy with it. Good lucky with your studies.

Nootropi, that is Greek, right?
Noos -- mind
Tropic--moving toward.

I guess you haven't gotten there yet.

I am not sure. Why don't you look it up? I am too busy to look up definitions (especially from a different language) for you right now.

Don't forget that:

BASH FEST ALERT! BASH FEST ALERT! Get your blows in on time and you too can aspire to be an 800 pound gorilla, or even an orangutang.

eola0713, I have found getting close to 4 grams of the EPA essential fatty acid does wonders to keep me from what I experienced as serious roller coaster dips into anxiety and depression that were a common part of my life up until I started supplementing with the fish oil concentrates. Though the Trader Joe's capsules seem cheapest there are products out there that would be more practical though a bit more expensive, such as one that delivers those four grams of EPA with just two tablespoons of a liquid supplement (claimed to have the fish taste removed though I haven't tried it yet). I'm taking ten of the Trader Joes caps each day. I can stomach the couple fish tasting burps in exchange for the continuous high. It's about a 32 dollar a month regimen.

I agree. You should take high doses of EPA/DHA on a daily basis. This is crucial for membrane fluidity.

Be well.
