I read [1] that aniracetam weakly enhances AMPA activity and is rapidly metabolized. Does anyone know what is the half-life of aniracetam?

In rats the half-life is 1.7-2.1 hours. What about humans?

I am not sure. But I suggest that you take 2 750 milligram doses twice daily, if that is the only racetam you are currently taking. And of course, take a choline source.

Is that 2 X 750mg = 1500mg or 2 X 2 X 750mg = 3000mg?

No; I meant 2 750 milligrams doses; that is, 750 milligrams twice daily, for a total of 1500 milligrams per day.

I have read somewhere that the half life is about 5 hours, but do not know where.
