I preface this message with the following: I am not a competitor of rizzer, nor do I know him.

I ordered some acetyl-l-carnitine, centrophenoxine and choline some time ago from rizzer. I placed my order on the 4th of September. My credit card was charged for the value of the products some week or so after that.

I am in Australia.

I have not received any of the products I ordered, despite the charge being on my credit card. I have received no word from Australian Customs as to the package's detainment, and so I cannot assume that it has arrived in Australia.

I recently attempted to contact Rizzer (on the 22nd of Novemeber) to ascertain what had happened, and whether my package had in fact shipped. I have received no reply to this email, nor to a subsequent one on the 1st of December.

Rizzer,

I ordered some centrophenoxine, choline and acetyl-carnitine from you some time ago (probably about two months now). My name is <velocidex>. The order was to be sent to (edited)

I am aware of your problems with the DEA, and just wished to check that my order had in fact been sent. I have full confidence that it will arrive in Australia. Australian Customs may just be holding it in quarantine, though I thought it best to check.

Thanks in advance

Do not discredit me simply because I am "new" to this forum like someone in another post. I am a legitimate customer, in Sydney, Australia, and I have had money charged to my credit card with no product to show for it.

I was intending to use the ALCAR for my recent university exams; the exams past with no sign of the package, and it has still not arrived.

I will be travelling to the United States soon for a holiday, and I intend to pursue this matter further when I get there.

Given that all my emails have been given no reply, I would like to ask publically: where is my ALCAR, centrophenoxine and choline? If the matter is not rizzer's fault, then I would like to know why. If it is rizzer's fault, I would like to know what is being done to rectify the problem.

I bear no ill-will to rizzer, and I think what he is doing is fantastic... I was amazed when i saw the prices he was offering, and placed an order within 15 minutes. Sadly I am now out of pocket with nothing to show for it. If my order arrives, I'd be more than willing to order again, but the lack of a response to my emails disturbs me, to be frank.

For all those who would tell me to call my credit card company and get the money back: I believe that time has passed.

I don't want to cause trouble, I don't want to inflame anyone -- I just want my nootropics.

you're only hope is to call Rizzer on the phone. You could still call your credit card company and get your money back. They'll send you a form to explain why you don't want to pay this charge (as in product not recieved).

velocidex,

He simply will not answer the emails. Give up.

http://www.smi2le.biz/aboutus.shtml has his phone number below. I realize you have a time difference, but call him on a USA workday.

Between 1fast400 and Beyond-a-Century, one can get 99% of what rizzer has, without fear of losing money and always in a timely manner.
