If you think that product is bunk, here are some other ones:
Multivitamins at Auravita

It need to be available in Europe for the sole reason that importing vitamins to my country is illegal (talk about stupid law).
Packages sent within Europe are not checked.

I am a male, aged 26.

Thanks!

your http://www.auravita....A/PHAR14570.asp is better than most of other stuff I have seen in Europe. I see nothing wrong with your vitamin, but I am not an expert here. At least you guys eat much better than we do.

Some people might comment on the Vitamin E saying it is "probably" not a full spectrum vitamin E.

My multivitamins give me too much niacin and it is sometimes gives me annoying head rush and head blood flush. Some people might get it with the nicergoline. Here is the link. http://www.prolithic...s/opttable.html

Anyone else care to comment?

I have not looked at this recently but I do not think adult men should take ANY iron in their multis. If you are anemic there is something wrong, and you don't want excess iron in your body. I would recommend finding an iron free one.

Obviously there are many other issues including the vitamin E.

Thank you for your help!

It seems impossible to find good, cheap vitamins over here! [ang]

The one i referred to is $50 for 120 days supply. That comes to $0,416/day.

NOW Foods Vit-Min 100+ iron free is $9.99 for 60 days. That comes to $0,166/day.

A full spectrum E would ofcourse be feasible but with these prices, I am afraid it will be too expensive.

Strangely, I have never experienced a niacin 'flush' even with doses beyond 200mg at a time.

Thanks!

Yeah, I got the "iron free" version of my pills. It is really easy to OD (overdose) on.

What are the signs of iron OD?
