Team Guidelines

a. Snail mail and/or phone gain points by posting the name of the person they are sending the letter to, the letter they are sending, and a verification when it is sent. The posts must be made in this topic.

With phone the person must post the name of the person they are going to call, post what they are going to say, and then post what the people on the phone said when they are done.

b. Email gains a person points when they do the same as with snail mail.

If anybody wants to join in this month then jump in here. Let us know, read the topic, start a letter, ask questions, recruit somebody else to write, etc. There are still plenty of suggestions left over that have been carrying over from month to month and an entire list of suggestions to consider.

I have been writing at least 1 new person a month for over a year, it may be over 2 now. The key is to do it. We can talk about who what when where and why all day long but in the end the dozen or two letters that I have written, even if they were all to Kermit the Frog, at least have a chance to end up in front of somebodies eyes. By the way they arent all to Kermit the frog. Some are very excellent prospects, some are alright prospects, some are iffy prospects, but they are prospects. Help us contact people. I would love to contact the world one by one but I fear Ill run out of time before we can help effect the change we after.

I sent an email to Noam Chomsky today, asking him about his thoughts on indefinite life extension and if he would be interested in an interview on our small web show, Longecity Now.

He responded, I'm surprised. He wrote that they are interesting questions, but (to closely paraphrase), that they are not high on his own priority list and that he's so deluges by requests that even those he deems of high priority he can only manage a fraction of. It was then signed off with his name. It might have been somebody he has go through his emails, but if it was him then its a score for a variety of reasons. This guide goes over many of them: http://www.longecity...the-uninformed/ , such as that it helps to open his reticular activating system to the cause more, and it helps stack, as in the more you hear about something, especially from multiple sources, if there is truth to it, then the more you slowly come to accept it.
