Hi All

(This is about getting some basic stuff to help my memory,
whatever that stuff ends up being.)

Many years ago I took some choline hydrochloride plus B5 in liquid form.
I had a bad reaction to it. I turned my head to one side and my vision took
a few seconds to catch up. That was the end of that.

I've been reading about Alpha GPC and CDP Choline. There is a big price
difference, but beyond that I don't know. Maybe the cheap way to raise
acetylcholine levels is with lechthin granules. I have taken them in the past
but not at a high level. Should I take 4 tablespoons a day? I haven't seen any
old posts here on lecithin, regardless, do people have bad reactions to this too?
Is there any reason why lecithin will NOT increase my acetylcholine levels?

Any comments here from anyone are fine,

Also checked out Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Pyroglutamic acid but these are different animals.

Regards,

Stephen Szpak

Lecithin is alright, but it still doesn't compare to Alpha GPC imo. I guess if you're looking for something cheap, go with it. As I mentioned earlier to you in the DMAE thread, Alpha GPC can be bought cheaply. You can take 500mg-1g per day, along with Aniracetam or Piracetam. Everyone here uses www.Smi2le.biz or www.1FAST400.com or www.beyond-a-century.com for their sources of Nootropics.

Acetyl L Carnitine is pretty good, don't bother with Pyroglutamic Acid. It is chemically similar to Piracetam, but not as effective in my personal experience. Get Piracetam or Aniracetam instead.

Don't forget uniquenutrition.net. You can actually get Aniracetam caps (750 mg) cheaper than Smil2le.com. In order to get them cheaper you must buy four bottles ($59). Smil2le.com only sells them in 500 mg caps but if you do the math uniquenutrition.net is cheaper.

See this thread.

Just buy the bulk aniracetam from smi2le.biz and cap it yourself. Also take 2 grams of Alpha GPC for a choline source. Stick to this regimen for at least three months to achieve the effect. Take the same doses every day, and do not skip a day or a dose. It is the purest out there:

Aniracetam from smi2le.biz; test conducted for purity (98.11% pure; but don't forget to add the moisture level as well as moisture/loss on drying to the sample's integrity level);

Thanks for the replies,

No time today. Tomorrow is my day off (I hope). I'll check
out what Piracetam and Aniracetam are. I know zero about
them. If someone wants to post some info, or links to info
now, that's fine.

Also, can't promise I can buy any of this until I check out
how much my heating bills are. The info I'm getting will be
saved though.

Thanks again,

Stephen Szpak

You can find out medical information about aniracetam:by clicking this link.

You can find out medical information about piracetam: By clicking here.

You also should try, if you can afford it, the COMBINATION of ALCAR and (K)RALA.
ALCAR and (K)RALA need to be taken with water away from foods separated by at least 20 minutes in the following dosages:

After awakening: 1000 mg (1 gram) ALCAR; 500 mg KRALA.
Before lunch 700 mg ALCAR; 500 mg (K)RALA.
Before dinner 700 mg ALCAR; 500 mg (K)RALA.

smi2le.biz is not a reliable supplier.

He ripped me and several other people off and he doesn't even answer our e-mails.

Smi2le.biz is the best supplier; unfortunately he won't deal with everybody. If you annoy him he will just ignore you (as you have magr, and considering the comments you have made in your now infamous thread, he would certainly be wise to NOT do business with you. You are a clear liability customer).

Rizzer has been reliable for me, I've ordered from him a few times and always recieved my order within a week - week and a half. I don't understand the email claim either, it seems a little odd because he has responded to every email I've sent him.

But it certainly would be wise not to take a customers money before making the decision not deal with the customer.

Certainly, it would be wise not to deal with the customer at all.

@Nootropi
Why don't you start your own nootropics business?

nootropi

Thanks for the link to aniracetam and piracetam. I should be able to
read them later today.

In the mean time I'm trying lechthin. It should be in today. I'm planning
on trying 4 to 6 tablespoons a day. This should at least do *something*.

Does anyone have any experience with lecithin granules? Should I take
them bedfore bedtime? Upon arising? With food or on a empty stomach?

How long before I notice anything positve?

Thanks,

Stephen Szpak

You obviously think I have been rude or unpolite to Rizzer?

I can tell you that the first one and half months I sent very friendly and polite emails about one every day.
I did absolutely nothing wrong nor did I demand too much. I did not act self-centered, I knew he had a hard time.

What would you have done? Called maybe, but I can not see that as an option I am sorry.
Not that would have to, he clearly states he answers emails.

On the other hand he also says on the front page that he has some products for immediate shipment, yet he states on the same page that some of those products will be shipped when they come in.
Talk about flawed logic, your favourite.

Thanks for the respones,

A company with this address was recommended to me today:

www.antiaging-systems.com

They sell Aniracetam. I didn't check the price. Probably no better
than the other companies mentioned here.

I didn't know that someone could buy a non-perscription drug outside
the U.S. that could not be sold in the U.S. (Think this is right.)

Took 4 tablespoons of lecithin granules. I *seem* to be afftected by it
already (after about 2 hours). Is this possible?

Not much money to throw around. Maybe I can do something more
exotic next.

Very strong ginger tea can enhance caffeine
(and possibly nootropics). We're talking about
4000 to 7000mg {from capsules}. Add hot water
and stir. Ginger at these doses is a blood thinner
and stimulant. This has nothing to do with this
thread. I just thought it may be useful info to the group.
Another thread on ginger can be started if there is
interest.

Ginger may be part of my twice a week stimulant
cocktail I mentioned elsewhere. I'll see what works.

Don't hold your breath on that order.

If it comes, bonus, if not, well, lesson learned I suppose.

You're probably wasting your time with email correspondence, too.

Try the phone number. Then try it again. And again.

USA: 1-856-652-9118

This is per nootropi; not the most flexible individual, but his information is generally solid.
