Hi All
(This is about getting some basic stuff to help my memory,
whatever that stuff ends up being.)
Many years ago I took some choline hydrochloride plus B5 in liquid form.
I had a bad reaction to it. I turned my head to one side and my vision took
a few seconds to catch up. That was the end of that.
I've been reading about Alpha GPC and CDP Choline. There is a big price
difference, but beyond that I don't know. Maybe the cheap way to raise
acetylcholine levels is with lechthin granules. I have taken them in the past
but not at a high level. Should I take 4 tablespoons a day? I haven't seen any
old posts here on lecithin, regardless, do people have bad reactions to this too?
Is there any reason why lecithin will NOT increase my acetylcholine levels?
Any comments here from anyone are fine,
Also checked out Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Pyroglutamic acid but these are different animals.
