Hi All

I started taking 6 tablespoons of lecithin with about 17 mg
of B5. How long do you think before I get some results?

Also started taking Acetlyl-L-Carnitine. All upon arising.
What amount of this is typical to take?

Thanks,

Stephen Szpak

If you are taking ALCAR, you also need to take (K)RALA:

I scanned the link you provided very quickly. I am not taking
ALCAR.

Lecithin (with some B5)
cayenne pepper and ginkgo biloba
Acetly-L-Carnitine

This is what is under consideration. The lecithin may or may not
be hindering the amount of sleep I can get. Not good. Stopping it
temporarily.

Any comments on the above from anyone would be helpful.
Personnal experiences are the best.

P.S. Also taking 8000mg of MSM per day for a joint problem.
Any comments here would also be helpful. I thought I
read once that it can affect staminia in a positive way(?).

Thanks,

Stephen Szpak

Stephen, Acetyl-L-Carnitine is aka "ALCAR". You are taking ALCAR.

I didn't know Acetly-L-Canitine was ALC AND ALCAR.
I should read the posts here more carefully. Don't have a lot
of time, but that is no excuse.
