"I'm suffering from upper back pain between the shoulders"
Many excellent suggestions in this thread. You should also know that your pain can be indicative of gallbladder/liver disfunction as well as cardiac issues so if I were you I would get those both checked out.

I allready did that, did a CT thorax with fluid injection to check organs. Never felt any liever/galbladder/heart pain.

I'm now on tetrazepam (benzo) at night for pain, and it sure takes the edge off.
Of course a healthy alternative would be better.
Next will be kava kava and dlpa to try.

Not a supplement, but anyone struggling with chronic pain would want to at least try tapping - I reviewed a book about this...
A deep-dive on “tapping”, an application of Emotional Freedom Techniques, it's kind of a wuwu biohack, but it's free, and there's no risks or downsides. "The Tapping Solution for Pain Relief" thoroughly documents numerous case studies of it (sometimes instantaneous) working wonders, providing badly needed relief for those suffering from treatment-resistant chronic pain.

Me too.
I have rounded shoulders, forward neck, and posterior pelvic tilt.
Look for John Sarno. Not kidding. You may not have any structural damage whatsoever. He has theories on back pain extending beyond the mainstream. Tons of celebrities say he fixed their back pain. Having had a difficult childhood (only resizing how fucked it was 19 years later), I agree.
