Nootropi,

After reading the forum you linked to, a study says for 300MG, Bacopa
has no acute effects on cognitive functioning in normal healthy subjects. Have you found a dose that is effective for cognition enhancement? I currently take Planetary Bacopa extract (20%) 900mg, so I guess that would be 180mg of Bacopa. Thanks.

If you have the standardized extract of bacopa for 20% bacosides a and b; you should take at least 1000 mg daily to get the memory enhancing effect.
