Thank you all guys for the great recommendations!

I've got everything right, already capped 200 caps of Piracetam. I'm going to the Lab (to test for purity/heavy metals) at Sunday, and will begin this stack at the 12.02.05 (after my last test in Micro-Economics). I would greatly appreciate your honest opinions, suggestions and constructive criticism!

WAKING UP (~10.00-10.30 AM):
800mg ALACR
200mg R-ALA
500mg L-CARNOSINE

BREAKFAST (10.30-11.30 AM):
800mg PIRACETAM

BEFORE LUNCH (12:00-13:30 PM):
800mg ALCAR

LUNCH: (13:30-15.00 PM):
600mg ALPHA-GPC
800mg PIRACETAM

BEFORE DINNER 17.00-18.00 PM):
500mg L-CARNOSINE
800mg ALCAR
100mg R-ALA

DINNER (18.00-19.30 PM):
800mg PIRACETAM
600mg ALPHA-GPC

***USUALLY WORKOUT AT 21:00**
Then post-workout shake, and later (before sleeping) - last small protein meal + vegtables.

----------

Thank you all very much in advance!
-Daniel S.

All I have to say is: Drink water.

Think 8-12 oz. with each dose. And a multi-vitamin wouldn't hurt.

Not that I'm an expert or anything...

Think about doubling your piracetam use. A daily dose of 4.8 grams is typical in the literature. Especially as it's your only nootropic.

It is also a good idea t balance out your ALCAR at a 5 to 1 ratio with R-ALA. That is what most if the studies suggest. See the links below.

Thanks buddy
Do you think I should lower ALCAR dose to 1500mgs (5:1 to R-ALA[300mgs])? - because R-ALA is a pretty expensive shit (no powder form at Bulk Nutrition unfortunately! so I bought 120 S.A.N's capsules - each 100mgs R-ALA)...

By the way, forgot to mention that I DO take a Multi-Vitamin - - Pharmanex's LIFEPAK (two packets a day) - at lunch and dinner.

Any more critiques ?
-Daniel

Looking at one of the lifepak ingredients (If I've found thhe one you are taking--I hate websites like that) I am underwelmed (but your wallet probably is not). One good option would be e.g.

--twinlab daily one WITHOUT IRON
--twinlab ascorbate C-500 one with b'fast and one with dinner
--and then a multi-E formula. I'm still sorting out which one I prefer although AOR is one good one.

This will not replace all the ingredients in lifepak, OTOH some of the amounts in there are too small to do any good anyway. Depending on your family history, interests, I could make suggestions which ones would be most critical for you.

Oh and you can use froogle.com to find the cheapest prices for these.

Oh and you need a source of omega three fatty acids soooo either eat salmon or sardines every day, or take fish oil caps to get....at least 1.5-2 g EPA/DHA per day (probably more if you are an....endomorph).

Hey Scottl,

No, I'm not an Endomorph =) I'm more of a combination of ecto/meso, and I'm very serious into bodybuilding. I'm a personal certified Trainer (Wingate College) as well, and 'Specialist in Performance Nutrition' (ISSA's) - - as a matter of fact, I currently work as a Pharmanex Distributor here in Israel, thus I get them(LifePak) for VERY VERY cheap.

I do eat lots of Fish, Salmon is my personal favorite.

Thanks for the advice!
-Daniel S.
