The amount of iodine (as potassium idodide) in vimmortal 1.0 was 100mcg or 100% DV.

Is there any recent research or rationale to change the amount of iodine for vimmortal 2.0?

Voting suggests that Iodine will be in Vimmortal 2.0. Should the amount be changed? I suggest keeping it at 100% DV. Many people who use Vimmortal say that they split it into partial doses based on their diet anyway, so 100% DV seems to be a good starting point.

If it were up to me, I'd boost it up to at least %300 of the current RDA...for may reasons. But yes, keeping it at %100 is better than nothing.

A suggestion has been made to keep the iodine level fairly low. Many people who use Vimmortal only take partial doses, so this keeps their intake below RDA.

dasheenster was just saying don't overdose it. It's currently 150 mcg (not 100) elemental, as potassium iodide. This is 100% RDA. I don't think it should be changed at all.
