I am trying to figure out which is better to have in my stack. I know that Alpha GPC is a precursor to Acetylcholine while CDP Choline is a Cofactor. I don't know the difference. I took Alpha GPC but I am not sure if I noticed it's effects but that is also because I took it with a bunch of my stuff in my stack. I just want to know which is better and recommended more, also I am in college so don't have much money so I prefer to buy the cheapest thing, unless that gets in the way of whichever one is better. From what I checked, there pretty much the same price. So if I can please get someones help on this, that would be great.

I prefer and even cheaper route: ALCAR and choline bitartate. That does the trick to boost my ACh.

Well I am planning to take ALCAR, someone recommended to me ALCAR and CDP Choline, that is why I wanted to which one, CDP or Alpha GPC is better. I have taken Choline Bitartrate, and first off it tasted like shit, don't know if they have capsule form didn't check, but I also wouldn't get that if there are a lot better ones out there. I want to get the best of the best, I know I said I don't have much money but if something is just a few bucks more, and is better, than its worth it.

Since you said you were on a budget I recommended ALCAR and choline bitartrate (since the combo will increase ACh). However, if you are willing to spend more cdp-choline or alpha-gpc would possibly be additionally beneficial in much the same way:

Since alpha-gpc is cheaper, I would go with that.

Hello,
is it necessary to take any nootropics (including relatively newer ones like noopept) with alpha gpc or cdp choline?
I have been using alcar + choline bitartrate stack in the past, it worked to same extent ( and the price is okay) but i was just wondering if i would get better results using alcar +alpha gpc.

regards,
