I have read that it is not prudent to take different minerals at the same time as many of them interact with one another.
I read that this is true for magnesium and calcium because they compete with one another for absorption in the intenstine. I also read that zinc reduces levels of copper.
Can anyone confirm, and perhaps elaborate on this interactions? I would like to know how to space out zinc, iodine, iron, calcium, magnesium, lithium, etc...
