I am not quite sure if You will be able to do blood tests at home. I mean the test for cholesterol.

The blood test for sugar can be made with portable devices by taking blood by piercing the ring finger.

There are a lot of (CE- and FDA approved) cholesterol check kits (paper strips) and devices (such as CardioChek).

It's very interesting test but I suggest not to draw conclusions on this test alone - it's probably not very accurate.

You may google out the Amster grid and check Your vision for macular degeneration.

The macular degeneration is an aging change and an age related disease at one and the same time. The eye doctors claim, that everyone can do the test him/herself. Since it is uncurable and leads to permanent blindness, it will be nice to check Your eyes for that from time to time.
