I am adding this poll as a way of encouraging Feedback for the designers of this site. It seems that the Poll Option can also be used in this manner and also should allow for commentary and lead to the FAQ section. Perhaps a quicklink for those that are less familiar with the site can be put on the same part as the "Quick Reply" window. [roll]

Hmm, I like your idea about a FAQ FORUM link on the quick reply box....

Oh hell I was so busy trying to edit the fiasco I was making of my first poll I voted for the wrong choice. I am leaning toward the Synthetic Option but feel that Guest commentary should be restricted. Once we vote it seems we can't change or edit our choice. I gave up my voting priviledge in Palm Beach, deja vu, what just happened makes me feel like a Florida voter again.

I was editing the post but I can't change my vote. And this brings up two other minor points. I can't seem to edit the title of a post.

How is that done?

Second, we seem to have lost the high-light feature, or does it have a new text code?

I lied...

And a third question is: Are we actually sorting topics by subject, or is that just an additional piece of info added to the title to allow better focus by the viewer?

For example I have listed the "Subject" in my last two posts as "Threats to life" but is that also a categry elswhere? And it seems that it would be useful to distinguish, Geo-Political Threats, from Medical, and even Cosmic ones. Actually I can perceive a few other possible ones too.

Anyway BJ I thought I should tell you that minor glitches aside I do like this Forum Format better than the other. It seems to be more flexible and faster.

ehh, his is kinda strange.. but there are two places you can edit a Topic... one is at the top of this page... "Edit" and the other is at the bottom of this page.. drop down box "Edit Topic", the one at the bottom of the page will let you change the title.

It's optional. Just a little more info for the topic.

Hmm, we may have to create another forum for this.

It's still a no-go on changing a wrong vote but at least the Title Edit is now possible. Thanks. ;)
