Hey ,
SWIM is 20 years of age , 174 cm in height and around 80 kgs.
Before telling you'll SWIMS stack I would like to tell you'll the nootropics SWIM has tried and the benefits SWIM has got.

1) Piracetam - This was the first one which SWIM tried and which usually everyone starts with. Within a week SWIM started noticing improvements in his vocabulary and concentration while studying had immensely improved. However, dint notice any benefits in vision. Tried piracetam for 20 days and the only choline supplements was 2-3 yolk and whole milk.

SWIM went on to purchase 30 grm of oxiracetam , 10 grm of pramirectam and 250 grms of choline bitartrate.

2) oxiracetam - SWIM started with 750 mg once a day on empty stomach and around 0.5 - 1g of choline. The first few days it made SWIM very sleepy, SWIM started sleeping for 14 hrs a day. Reducing the dosage sounded optimum to SWIM. With oxiracetam SWIM dint find any profound benefits like people have mentioned online but it has given SWIM motivation to study and my study hours go on for hours without taking a break. About memory SWIM cant really judge , SWIMS memory has increased overall though .

3) Pramiracetam - SWIM had huge expectations from pram. 300mg was normal dosage mixed with whole milk. SWIM hasnt tried pram on a regular basis. The tastes is awful. Cant really comment on its effectiveness ,probably he will try properly after his capsule machine comes in.

4) Brahmi - This is a herb from india and it alone can give you nootropic effects. The main function is to provide alertness and memory improvement. SWIM
started with 500mg per day but now increased it to 1 g a day . One time only with 500mg brahmi and 600 mg sulbutiamine SWIM went on to study for 7.5 hrs straight with only 20 mins break and yes SWIM retained everything but that was only one time thing. :(

5) sulbutiamine - Regular usage of it would decrease the effect. SWIM started with 200 mg but had no effect , so SWIM increased the dose to slowly to 800mg with whole milk. At 800mg , SWIM finally could see the effect. SWIM had more energy ,motivation, alertness and endurance to study for long hours .

Anyways , coming to SWIM future stack -

Piracetam - 4-5 grms
Aniracetam - 750mg
choline bitartrate - 2-3 grms (any advice on this ?)
Brahmi - 1 grm
Fish oil - 3grms
Centrum multivitamin - 1 pill a day ( dont know the value )
Ashwagandha - 500mg-750mg
sulbutiamine - 800mg only when required
Green tea - 2 - 3 cups for weight loss and calmness.

This stack would be distributed throughout the day. SWIM is looking for overall healthy function of his brain and long term improvement in his memory.
Any advices for SWIMS future stack are welcome. Thank you.

swim doesnt need to say swim. nothing you are taking is taboo or illegal.
the multivitamin is laughable, just eat real food: grass fed meat, veggies from the farmer's market. dont eat or drink foods that damage you - possibly grains, beans, nuts, etc. you need to do a lot of research and self experimentation.
same with the fish oil - why are you taking it? what is the source? chances are good that you are eating rancid fish oil that has zero benefits and actually adds harm. too lengthy to get into all the reasons for this.
you could switch the choline source to either citi choline or alpha gpc - u can buy the powders on amazon or beyond a century.
the rest seems pretty good.

I dont eat much of fish. Hence, the fish oil . Fish oil supplements , i have researched and bought a product which is not of cheap quality. Plus .i checked for rancidity .
Multivitamins because i fuss about veggies , cant have them. :/
Anyways , citicoline and alpha gpc are little expensive , do they have immense benefits over choline bitartrate ?
Thanks anyways :)

I'd like to see people's thoughts on OP's pita/chol b balance?

4-5g pira
2-3G chol b

Is this standard or too much chol b? Does he need to take so much because bitartrate is inferior choline source?
