What do you do against fear from death etc. ?
Earlier i told myself that ill do my best to live as long as possible, and against sudden accidents i cant do anything, to think "oh i could die in a car accident" and avoid such things would only make life less life worthy, and i felt good with that.
Suddenly i started to think about the meaning of those things (usually i say life has the meaning you give it) and realized that life is the only chance for existence i will have, and that dieing means oblivion, like you have never lived, cause ill never see what comes afterward, death makes life, no matter how well lived, pointless cause there is nothing that you could keep, everything will be obliterated.
Death seems inevitable, and overwhelming, like no matter what we do something will kill us in the long /or short run.
But on the other hand eternity seems to do the same, cause you will loose your personality after some time.
Any suggestions?

Read some of the life after life books. Nothing like a dose of near-death stories to ease the worries.

Here's a website that might be of interest--
