Since joining this forum I feel it has been suggested to me that living longer is a "need" of sorts that requires some activism on my part. I am not certain I truly feel that I need to push this activism on everyone. I mean, I do not feel that it is a moral imperative to educate my oppressors. However... at the risk of drawing possible criticism I would like to share the following video. If you are serious about longevity I highly recommend that you take the time to watch this video and share it with the people you love.

It becomes serious at 05:50 but I recommend suffering through the silly part at the beginning.
