In order to take my 15mg XR adderall, I feel like adding a multivitamin would make the negative side effects be less prominent.

I'm taking one GNC Green Mega Men capsule (even though it says I should take two, but fuck it.)

And also one of these fish oil supplements

Are these safe enough to counter the negative side effects (insomnia, appetite loss, slight mania)

Is there something else / something more you guys could reccommend?

Thank you.

There is no good reason why they would have any impact on your side effect profile what so ever. They are totally safe to take with adderal.

If you really want to take care of your brain stop taking adderall as dextroamphetamine is neurotoxic, a better alternative would be concerta and other methylphenidate derivatives.

Methylphenidate is also just as neurotoxic. You should be taking methylphenidate as a first line treatment before adderall but every psychiatrist in the US seems to want to prescribe adderall for no obvious reason and as often as not outside of ADHD, negative symptoms, excessive sleepiness and severely treatment resistant depression.

Yes. Then again, neither of them are massively damaging.

Any sources for that? AFAIK, MPH is not neurotoxic while DEX is.
