While it is a good idea to take Prami with fish oil I don't think that it would be enough to combat any side effects related to a lack of choline which may or may not occur.

Which are...

And what's the benefit of taking it with fish oil?

Edit: Also how many eggs would i need for 300mg?

You possibly could. Some fish oil formulations have choline in them. Try it. If you don't get the lack-of-choline headaches, then you are in good shape.

I received the parcel this morning from a reputable supplement website and took 300mg of pramiracetam without anything else, and 2 hours later nothing happened, so i took another 300mg and still no effect

Am i supposed to be taking it with something else to see the effect? Bear in mind that this is the first time i've taken, also i didn't get any headaches

I think trying it with fish oil is a good idea. Many people swear by choline supplementation, but for me, it just makes me low and my muscles (especially neck) tense up in an unpleasant way, for both co-supplementation with piracetam, aniracetam and noopept.

So you'll need to do your own testing to see what works for you.

No, it should be after a meal (fat soluble). If you aren't noticing any effects, then maybe you don't respond to it. I don't either. Maybe someone else will have other ideas.

No, no-- Pramiracetam needs to be taken with fat/food (what you did) to be absorbed. Maybe you are a non-responder.

Don't throw them away, just keep taking them anyway (with food). See if anyone notices any change in you.

Does it usually take a few tries before it starts working? Because i have and exam on monday and 5 more in the next 6 weeks and that's the only reason i bought them

Too low choline: Headache, Short-term memory loss.
Too high choline: Depression; monoamines are inhibited by excess acetylcholine.

For choline, 2-3 eggs are enough.

For nutritional facts: use www.nutritiondata.com
Wikipedia and google are also great tools for finding nutritional content and info on things...

Fish Oil is good to take alongside Pram however you may need to take some choline supplements as I mentioned in your other thread. Have you tried any other nootropics? Perhaps you are a nonresponder as mentioned with Pram, give it a full go with the rest of your bottle and see how it goes or try a different racetam (Piracetam or Aniracetam),
