Well, for us here in Norway summer vacation is cumming up and after that i have one more years of HS. I really need to nail that year, but i lack in concentration and motivation. Been reading a
bout these noontropics for some time now, and decided i want to try it when the summer starts. I really don't know what i need, and i don't want to use to much money and to many different stuff. Have to buy it in europe.

So what i need is concentration, focus and something to lower my anxiety. If it matter my most important subjects next years is Math, Chemistry and Biology.

Optimen
Fishoil
Creatine
Piracetam or aniracetam?
ALCAR
DMAE
Caffein
Appreciate all tips and feedback.

What about this?

Morning:
Multivit and Omega 3
2g Piracetam
800mg Oxiracetam (Heard Oxiracetam is good for logical thinking, like math and chemistry)
300mg Alpha GPC (NOW FOODS)
588mg Acetyl L Carnitine
250mg DMAE

Five o clock (Usually the time i start with homework and cramming for tests)
1-2g Piracetam
800mg Oxiracetam

588mg Acetyl L Carnitine
250mg DMAE

This plus healty food, weighlifting 3-4 times a week and cardio every morning. Any one?

Try taking the afternoon dose a hour earlier as when first starting off some of the racetams make it a bit difficult falling right to sleep. Otherwise your stack looks pretty good, look into centrophenoxine and see if that would suite your needs with DMAE better, as centrophenoxine has a lot of side benefits that come along with taking it.

Thanks, that makes sense. Would it be better to take Noopept instead off Piracetam? Piracetam is on the list of pharmasuticals here in Norway so its difficult to get it in, but Noopept isn't on any list and that should be no problem. Whats the difference between dmae and centrpphenoxine?

I've heard of people getting Piracetam into Norway, simply have who you order through to have it listed as a supplement with a lower price than normal. Piracetam has a large list of benefits from what I've read that few other nootropics have (such as stimulating the corpus callosum).

Centrophenoxine is a ester of DMAE so it works similarly however it has neuro-protective benefits as well. Smart Drugs for Thought has a page on centrophenoxine that can go further indepth regarding centro than I personally can as it is still a relatively nootropic for me to be taking.

Thanks, any ideas of retailers with quality Piracetam who would lower the price on the package to get it through?

Thinking about ordering these:

Are these legit?

I'm not too familiar with those two, but they seem legit. I would check them out on Amazon and see what all their reviews are like. I know that SDFT will ship and alter the claimed price on international orders.

Well SDFT has Choline too. With Piracetam dosing I would say for the first two weeks try taking 3 or 4 capsules a day. As to which choline you should look into I would recommend either CDP Choline or Alpha GPC. CDP is a great one, but doesn't cross the blood brain barrier as readily as Alpha GPC, however it does stimulate D1 and D2 receptors which could provide for a more relaxed feeling when studying or using CDP. As for when to take the Piracetam I would suggest in the morning time and again before lunch, and taking which ever choline source you chose in the evening prior to dinner (or after dinner if Alpha GPC).

I know Jarrows has several choline sources, but they are a bit pricey but they have very good quality.

Why are SDFT so expensive compared to other retailers? Are they the most populare source?

Expensive? I always figured they had pretty fair prices for capsuled noots and I think part of their pricing deals with how fast they ship and their packaging. And their Phenyl and Noopept are actually some of the more inexpensive on Amazon or Ebay.

Yea if it is your first Noot stack I would say that would be a great starter stack and would be easy to adjust to and take.

Looks like a great and sound stack to me. Green tea, nice, for the longest time that is what I was using to supplement L-Theanine before SDFT dropped their product. As to dosing the Neuro Fresh I would say just one capsule, since you're taking ALCAR and DMAE which both (I know for a fact DMAE does, unsure a bit about ALCAR) are somewhat turned into a choline source.

Let me check into ALCAR a bit more and give you more advice regarding dosing it, unless you've already done your due diligence concerning it. Looking forward to hearing how the stack works out for you mate.

Thanks man, yes i'm really unsure on the dose for DMAE and ALCAR. Will order everyting in a week or something. Looking forward to try this things. I actually get a pretty decent effect of just two cups of coffee when studying.

Nice, the coffee and Piracetam is a killer combo mate. Initially that is how I would always take my Piracetam, but I had to get some Ltheanine due to how potent the two are together. But that was likely just a thing for me since I have slight social anxiety and caffeine and stims makes me jittery and nervous at time.

Saw some about DMAE dosing, about 50mg twice daily. As to ALCAR I found: 500mg-1g a day. I'd check around before you set that dosing though, as those two I only would ever get out of a few supplement drinks or a pre-workout stack so I can't be too sure about the appropriate dosing. The rest dose wise is perfect though.

And no problem bro, love talking about noots and seeing other's stacks to see how I can alter mine so thank you as well. :D

Awesome, the DMAE are in 250mg caps and the ALCAR are 588mg caps

Then maybe just one cap of DMAE a day, and 2 max of ALCAR a day and see how it works out for you mate. I'm sure the DMAE will be fine at that dose as I can't imagine a vendor selling a capsule that would cause negative or harmful effects.

I suggest not taking daily doses of caffeine, you will build a tolerance up to it after a few weeks of taking it, and it will become ineffective.

So true, I tend to take caffeine through the weekdays and adding small amounts of DMAA to it in 5mg increments over the course of the days. Not sure if that helps fight against any tolerance build up with caffeine.
