As I was thinking through my ailments. i realised that I also suffer from constant hemorrhoids. What can I do about it? I would benefit from a remedy that reaches long term. Prunes just gives me the runs.

Any supplement containing those ingredients may help you maintain a healthy bowel movement, taken before meal: http://dietarysupple...end&pageD=brand
Then there is Diosmin: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diosmin
And that, to be taken 15 min after your meal two times a day: http://www.chinesehe...products_id=795
And of course cream and suppositories containing zinc oxide and balsam peru to alleviate pain and itch.
In a general way you wanna keep your blood pressure reasonably low, exercise don't sit for too long and drink plenty of water, goes without saying you should go for a healthy diet, and avoid drinking.

If hemorrhoids aren't responding to simple treatments, and they often don't- at least not permanently, I've heard that proctologists can work wonders with minor surgery. It might be worth getting a medical opinion.

Eat a lot of fiber, and if that doesn't help, consider rubber bands (do not eat them, however).
I should say, a doctor can use little rubber bands to create scar tissue, helping with the hemmorrhoids. I wouldn't even call it surgery really.
