Suggestions for an All Natural Stack?

So I wanted to go the all natural route, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions so far I am thinking
  • Fish Oil (Omega 3)
  • Choline

Fish oil and a good multivitamin are always good things to be taking, other than that the only things (other than racetams) I can say have worked well for me are Rhodiola, ALCAR, Tyrosine and Theanine. Still debating if Ginkgo is doing much for me.

How much Ginkgo are you taking per day if I may ask?

I take one 120mg cap per day which may or may not be an effective dose I have seen people taking this amount but I have also seen people take a gram or more per day.

What did you notice after you started taking ALCAR with everything else?

Well ALCAR and Theanine were the first two (other than a multi and fish oil) that I tried. ALCAR has always been great for focus and mental energy especially before going to the gym, or having to do work.

do you mind sharing the reasons you are taking each in your stack? and the perceived/real benefit from these individually?

Fish oil and a multivitamin to make up for whatever I may be lacking in my diet, Rhodiola, ALCAR and Tyrosine with some source of caffeine/stim of choice are a good pick me up in the morning as I typically go to the gym first thing and typically don't eat before hand. Theanine is my go to for when I need to relax at night or take away the jitters of any stims.
