Zinc and creatine... Cultivate breathing meditation (pranayama) and be centred wherever you may so be.
Over the last few years I have become distinctly aware of a fractal geometric grid that pervades the cosmos and composes us; moving in alignment with this brings harmony. My movements are now fairly precise and agile after two years of deliberate cultivation.
Zinc I have been dosing at like 80-100mg a day for a brief interval, just to jumpstart my body. It makes you feel very alive and provides restful sleep, relaxed composure, able presence. Anyhow, breathing meditation and tapping into that ferocious inner anger and channeling it; Zinc really fuels it I find.
Find the paths of least resistance of movement wherever you are so life would feel effortless and you are doing nothing yet doing everything automatically and subconsciously. We are all after that NZT experience and I'd say these are what have brought me the most fruit over my life.
Celibacy I would strongly recommend. Learn to control and harness your sexual energy and use that as the creative force that drives you from within. Channeling this stuff makes you feel beastly and at one with all. A fully relaxed mind cannot be perturbed by any catastrophes, it is beyond all that appears in front of it. So being still within yourself and occupying the space you occupy and really getting a feel for that space and your presence herein, you will feel at ease and therefore able and responsible. Celibacy is what creates a magnetic aura in a person, or a sensual charm, like a field that surrounds the person and hits other people before they even see that person. It maks the ladies go nuts, absolutely wild. It is the doorway to sensuality and tenderness and serenity and the ability to see beyond all deceptions.
Deep belly breathing into the lower 'dan tien' is a nootropic I would say surpasses Noopept by leaps and bounds. Practice breathing deep into your pelvic floor and lower back and being relaxed. The airflow will be incredibly refreshing. Up to that point where the diaphragm reaches below the navel the breath is not really felt except as a wisp of air. But below the navel, into the bladder region, there is a sensation of thirst being quenched with every breath. Perhaps this could have something to do with bladder pressure causing fluid reabsorption somehow but either way, you will feel like you are drinking a perpetually cool and divine drink. And it will feel ecstatic, and what is more 'alpha' than abiding in total ecstasy!
