Hello,

How effective is picamilon in the dosages of 50-200 against Social Anxiety and General Anxiety?

Is it better to use Phenibut?

I once heard that Picamilon only tend to boost the gaba levels which l-theanine also does, only that it is more natural and not chemical.. so my question would be really, are the effects of picamilon the same as those of l-theanine?

L-theanine doesn't remove any anxiety, however it slows down the world and gives my body a nice feeling through the day..

Opinions?

PS: is BYOB (build your own blend) brand good for those things?

I have used Phenibut & would not recomend it if your anxiety is day to day. I have a post on phenibut good & bad you should not use phenibut daily the consequneces are not worth it. I use l theanine 250 mg every 3 hrs with baicalin 250 mg & mix it in tea it is not as strong as phenibut but there is no real down side. I feel crystal clear.
After just three weeks of phenibut use coming off phenibut I had night sweats , extreme spike in anxiety, vomited for two days ...wild shit live & learn with that I would still use it on ocassion I have a pretty strong will if you have any drinikng or drug problems do not touch the stuff.
As a base line I also get healthy fats mineral aminos & vitamins.
