Ok, rules are simple, use only real foods, design a menu with the fewest calories that still reaches all the USDA RDAs. No stupid entries like 16kg of coriander leaves, it has to be edible. Winner will be the one who manages in the fewest calories.

Additionally you're allowed one single vitamin or mineral supplement, eg magnesium citrate.

USDA RDAs [male, 21yrs]:
Vit A: 900ug
Vit C: 90mg
Vit D: 15ug (600IU)
Vit E: 15mg
Vit K: 120ug
B1: 1.2mg
B2: 1.3mg
B3: 16mg
B5: 5mg
B6: 1.3mg
B9: 400ug (folate)
B12: 2.4ug
Choline: 550mg

Calcium: 1000mg
Copper: 0.9mg
Iron: 8mg
Magnesium: 400mg
Manganese: 2.3mg
Phosphorus: 700mg
Selenium: 55ug
Zinc: 11mg
Potassium: 4.7g
Sodium: 1.5g

Good Luck!
