Im obviously taking a extreme amount of risk and this is in no way say for anyone ever.
What's your diet like?
I've tried everything under the sun... even the heavy hitters like; ECA, ECY, Clenbuterol and even DNP... and NOTHING had nearly the results of just a solid nutrition and workout regimen, making sure to dial in my macros and cut calories at a steady pace, then upping them when I stalled a bit, w/ a refeed day 2-4 times a month.
It's really not worth the risk otherwise, especially when willpower and a solid nutrition plan, will do you much better in the long run.
Only supplements I really take on the reg' these days are Omega 3's, Vitamin C time release and micronized creatine monohydrate. (occasionally toy around with Nootropics) I get everything else through food.
