Why are you using both clen and albuterol, and not an ECA stack instead? Same effect, less risk.

81 mg aspirin
240 mg of caffeine
200-600 mg of EGCG
8 mg yohimbine

Is essentially a different version of the ECA stack.


Lots of stuff that are inherently anti-anabolic here (most of the stuff that might be effective for weight loss), that will be counter-productive to your muscle gain:

EGCG
quercetin
aspirin
resveratrol

All inhibit mTOR. Quercetin and Resveratrol have been shown to prevent physical and genetic adaptations to exercise, so watch out for that.


Consider ashwagandha if improvement of physical performance is a factor

Primarily I just want to loose fat. But, this stack seems to be extremely anabolic. Which seems to conflict with some research.

albuterol matches the halflife of l dopa so I take a little bit of clen then a little bit of albuterol when I take l dopa.

240mg caffeine, 8mg yohimbine, 240mg L Dopa, 600mg calcium, clenbuterol, this is just insane, if you ever plan to do this stack you should start with lower doses then slowly up the doses, your heart will go out of whack.

Yesterday I took it with a gram of caffeine. and 55 mg of adderall. Yea I don't recommend this.

What's your diet like?

I've tried everything under the sun... even the heavy hitters like; ECA, ECY, Clenbuterol and even DNP... and NOTHING had nearly the results of just a solid nutrition and workout regimen, making sure to dial in my macros and cut calories at a steady pace, then upping them when I stalled a bit, w/ a refeed day 2-4 times a month.

It's really not worth the risk otherwise, especially when willpower and a solid nutrition plan, will do you much better in the long run.

Only supplements I really take on the reg' these days are Omega 3's, Vitamin C time release and micronized creatine monohydrate. (occasionally toy around with Nootropics) I get everything else through food.

Agreed. On top of that, using clen or albuterol if you're not already under 15% bf is such a waste. I'm a stim junkie, and somebody that once relied on pills to do all the fat burning for me, and this is absolutely unnecessary. Like you said, nothing beats a great diet and exercise.

Also, OP, if you're willing to take all of this you might as well grab something like anavar or something and cut out the insane amount of risk involved here.
