The next 4 years of my life are going to mildly suck a lot, for me, but I have to get through those 4 years for my career sake. i know the time will go by, but I need coping tips to have the patience to do it. I won't be able to see my family for a year at least. It's going to be tough.

When I play very addictive video games can lose an entire week without noticing (And that's why I do not play video games anymore). But if you are studying, this is not a good strategy to make the time go faster...
