I am looking for your suggestions on my hair/scalp issues.

It seems that I have a pretty persistent psoriasis (only on my scalp/ back of the ears) for several years (10+) now coupled with accelerating hair greying (I am 32) - more on the temples but increasingly on the crown as well. I notice some hair density decline as well - nothing alarming but something to be addressed nevertheless. I don't notice any receding hairline.
I looked at some of the hairs - they are not even grey, but actually snow white which stick out on my otherwise very dark brown/black colour head.
I see more white hairs on my beard as well but that doesn't bother me as much as the ones on top.

Any ideas how I can battle the scalp flaking caused by the psoriasis and simultaneously retard/reverse the whitening/greying and thinning of my hair ?

I had horrible dandruff until I started using cron-o-meter to plan my meals to get everything I need from food. Now not a flake on my scalp. I'm not sure what specific nutrient fixed it, but dandruff shampoo is a zinc laden thing. I did notice my first grey hair a few weeks ago, I'm 35.

Wheat germ has a lot of zinc, as do oysters.
