The profile information shown on the left hand side of every post, while sometimes useful, is sometimes longer than the post itself. Today I encountered a short post that took up the entire screen of a large display due to the excessively long profile info, which read like a rambling list of every irrelevant job the person had had in their entire life. I think there should be a length limit to what is shown to the public on every post.

Agreed, we should keep the info, but have a show more link that goes to their profile if there are more than a set number of characters.

This info is only visible to leadership. I appreciate that not all leaders benefit from this day-to-day and a different solution is on the cards, but for now this info is meant to be out there to facilitate leaders getting to know the user-base.
