Let's add dextro-amphetamine to the question. I wonder if some of the subtleties of these nootropics I take might be overridden by my dextro-amphetamine prescription.

If i remember well LifeMirage said caffeine boost effects of piracetam. Some of the nootropics are vasolidators, while caffeine is constrictor if i got it right, so to some extent they could lower effects of some, but also due to their CNS stimulation enhance some (like piracetam).
Hope LifeMirgae could clarify this more...

humm, so would you say that taking piracetam might be a waste due to over stimulation?

hmm i don't think you would be overstimulated from your normal dose of piracetam and 50-200mg of caffeine (depending how tolerable you are), but really LifeMirage should answer this as this is his teritorry
