It's been many years since I've posted my supplement regimen and it's time for an update.

Morning

Multivitamin: Thorne Basic Nutrients/2 Day

For me, there is a lot to like about this multi.

  • The folate is 100% L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (I'm heterozygous for MTHFR)
  • Mixed tocopherols and palmitates
  • 75 mcg iodine with 200 mcg selenium to balance it out
  • K1 and K2
  • Low macrominerals (I'm sensitive to larger amounts of magnesium)
  • Two pills!

ALCAR 1g

Vitamin D3 4000 IU

Beta-alanine 2g

Citrulline Malate 1g

Nicotinamide riboside 250-375 mg

Curcumin 95 1 pill

Astaxanthin 2mg

Mile thistle extract 1 pill

Lunch

MSM 1g

Afternoons

l-Glutamine 2g

Potato starch 1 tsp

Before bed

Taurine 1-2 tsp

Biweekly

C60-OO 10mg

And that's about it. The Nicotinamide riboside has allowed my running (40+ miles/week) to progress nicely; it's been great for recovery from hard workouts and has a clear nootropic effect for me too.

Are you worried about the high amount of B vitamins and Copper in the multi?
