Interesting. What do you know?
All I have heard about is Bioperine (extracted from black pepper) to enhance absorption rate of curcumin.
Black pepper in itself is a high source of mycotoxins, illl advised.

They both have anti-cancer effects, that is for sure. Whether they would be synergistic or not I do not know. I certainly make sure I have some nigella sativa (black cumin) and turmeric every day.
Here is a study on both of them, which shows that they kill cancer cells in the kidneys of rats.

"In conclusion, both TQ and Cur showed more or less similar marked renoprotective effect against GM-induced nephrotoxicity through their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic efficacies."
(TQ is thymoquinone, a major component of black cumin oil.)
