When I was considering adding this I found most of the research had been done on animal derived serine and came across several comments that since switching to plant based compounds serine wasn't showing any real benifits.... Can't recall the details per se, cept it was enough to nix it from my already toooooo long list of acquisitions. Anyone have a different perspective?
