Have any of you tried Seditol?  It's made by the same company that makes the stress/anxiety formulation Relora, which some members here have had good experiences with.

I've been trying it for about 3 weeks and imo its not worth it. I notice no benefit at all. It might do a little something like a tab of chamomille which also does nothing for me but at 33 cents a cap I'm not going to waste any more money on it. I've taken it every night before bed just like they said.

I went ahead and ordered some right after my OP, so I've also been taking it for about 3 weeks.  I actually think it is helping me.  It doesn't seem entirely consistent, and is certainly no silver bullet.  However, while taking it, I have managed to sleep the best I have in months a handful of different nights.  I have one main confounding factor and that is that I've also been taking 1mg time-released melatonin most nights. But melatonin has never had that much off an affect on me, so I don't think my great night's of sleep are due to it.  I have also been taking one capsule of Relora once or twice in the afternoon/evening, which may bolster the supposed effects of Seditol.

I went ahead and ordered another bottle (365mg capsule from Source Naturals), and hope that it continues to work to whatever extent that it does...
