Recently I've noticed when looking at my computer monitor while closing my right eye that everything becomes blurry in my left eye and ALMOST unreadable. When I close my left eye I can see everything super clear and crisp. Maybe it's nothing too serious and that I tend to use my right eye a lot more than my left and I just simply need to train/use my left eye more. I am right eye dominant and am an active healthy 22 year old. Diabetes does run in my family though.  Any help would be appreciated!

You might simply be short- or long-sighted in one eye (not unusual).
Can you visit an optometrist (?) for an eye health checkup?

Yeah why dont You go to a Doctor, but ask unqualified people ?

 

Anyway, pseudotumor cerebri could be also a cause.

This is in my case (but not that blurry) and its diagnosed.

Blurry vision in the left eye is easily cured with a stack consisting of Uridine, NSI-189, Modafinil, Selegiline, PRL-8-500000, all of the Racetams, meth and steroids while lasering your brain. Trust me I've been on longecity a long time so I'm pretty much an authority on this.

Have you ever scratched or rubbed that eyeball even possibly with a towel?

You need an eye exam they will stain your eye yellow and look around on the surface and also to the back.
