Who is using colostrum in their diet?

It has some good immune boosting proportions.

I use about 8g of powder / day. Good stuff. Would like to try camel colostrum at some point when I have stacks of money sitting around waiting to be set on fire, too.

I've been using powder and spray for over 3 years with amazing results. (ABS Group version). The benefits include a reduction in cold / flues (none over the last 24+ months) and improve GI function (elimination of bloating).  Also from the age of 48-51,  my HGH and IGF-1 levels (from blood panel test) remain stable, just above the mid point.

Clients I work with have reported similar benefits in immune boosting, with a reduction in infections.

does colostrum even work? when I take 1 pill of 500mg I feel nothing... if it is so powerful why is it doing nothing for me? I have chronic health issues also so it should definitely have an impact.
