Hello, resveratrol pros. I'm finding conflicting reports about resveratrol both inhibiting and activating SIRT3. The "original source" inhibition articles were on zebrafish in one case and seemingly only working with a particular substrate in vivo in another. Still, dozens of other papers confidently state that RESV inhibits SIRT3 while fistfuls more state that it self-evidently activates it.

Anyone care to weigh in? Thanks in advance.

I suspect that the dosage accounts for the difference. I surmise lower concentrations activate it, high doses inhibit.
