Hi,

for several years I have suffered of mild psoriasis on my scalp and in my ears (within and around)... Up to now, I used to alternate between commercial shampoos and creams and corticoids ones, enjoying moments of peace and suffering moments of harsh.

Recently, I read here Phoenicis's post

http://www.longecity...kled-psoriasis/

and I am pretty convinced that reducing the inflammation level of my immune system is a mandatory step. However, I suppose I'll have to wait on the long-term before to see the effects.

This is why, for the short term, I'd like to try a Tretinoin and/or Tazarotene solution. However, I have been struggling in finding a shampoo with these active ingredients.

Can somebody recommend a specific product ? For example, is this one could be used as pre-shampoo treatment ?

Or can I get a recommendation on a way to build my own shampoo with one of these active ingredients ? Where to get them ? Would I need a prescription ? FYI I am living in Europe.

Serge

Hi Serge, you grow from the inside out mate. If your skin cells are weak or dead they get eaten, by your own immune cells or bacteria that provades all. If the bacteria are in low supply (over washing, drugs, poor diet!) then you become open to all sorts of hybid fungi. To make your skin grow at a healthy speed, Zinc is VITAL, Gamma Vitamin E is good, vitamin D3 can help and if you get stuck use amino acids in your diet to boost the sulfur. You tube has some good advice on each of the things I mentioned. You won't need luck, just get stuck into the new you :)
